Returns

SportsThings.net gives customers the opportunity to return products for refund within 15 days of the order date. Customers are responsible to notify us of any product defects or incomplete shipments immediately upon receipt of the goods.

You can receive a refund for any product if:

1.       the wrong product SKU was shipped, or

2.       the product shipped is defective in any way

If the product shipped is the correct product SKU and it was found in proper condition upon arrival, then you are still welcome to return the product. However, requesting a credit for your order will be subject to a 15-30% restocking fee and shipping costs will also not be reimbursed.

If you have received a different product SKU than what was initially purchased, the item must be returned with the following:

  • All original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc.).
  • Original packaging in new and unopened condition.
  • Original invoice or receipt.

Once you receive the return authorization information you can return the product according to the return information for a full refund less any restocking fees and shipping, depending on the return.

Damaged Merchandise

All merchandise is carefully inspected and packed before shipment is made to our customers.  If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing materials and call the freight carrier.  Ask them to return and inspect the damage so that you will be able to file a claim.  SportsThings.net cannot be responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.  Be sure to keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise.  We will notify you via phone, mail, or email of your refund once the returned item has been received and processed.

Manufacturers Defects

If a product has a manufacturer’s defect contact our customer service department for instructions.  Please do not return any items before receiving instructions from SportsThings.net’s customer service department.

Shipping Time and Methods

Merchandise will be shipped using ground service whenever possible. The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipper and the particular time of year.  Customers should expect a seven to ten day window for deliveries after funds have been received.  Quicker deliveries are available at an additional cost when arranged with SportsThings.net’s customer service department.
